When will you hear from us? 

We will be reviewing all applications over the following weeks and will be in touch early June.   

References 

Please note that you are required to submit references as part of your application. All references must be submitted online via the reference request form. Neither reference can be a family relative.

External applicants  

If you are a candidate from outside of Place2Be, you need to submit two references to complete your application. The two references you need to provide are:  

• one clinical academic reference (e.g., your course tutor or supervisor) 
• one character reference. 

Existing Place2Be staff or Counsellors on Placement  

If you are a Counsellor on Placement or paid staff member at Place2Be, you will need to submit one reference from your Place2Be line manager or School Project Manager.  

Compulsory Webinar 

Please make sure that you have registered or already attended one of our compulsory webinar dates, otherwise we will be unable to process your application.  

Place2Be Staff & current Counsellors on Placement dates 

• 19 March from 4pm to 5pm
• 14 May from 4pm to 5pm 

External candidate dates 

• 10 April from 6pm to 7pm
• 15 May from 6pm to 7pm

What’s next in the application process?  

If you are an external applicant, please note that you will need to complete an additional application form for your placement. Please note, if you have not completed this by the 19 May, we will not be able to process your application.
