Our NHS Quality Account
Our NHS Quality Accounts report on how effective our services are
Every year we publish a Quality Account to show how we make sure our services are:
- clinically effective.
What is a Quality Account?
A Quality Account is an annual report about the quality of services, measured by patient safety, how effective treatments are, and patient feedback.
The public and patients can read an organisation's Quality Account to find out about:
- what an organisation is doing well
- what needs to be improved
- how an organisation might prioritise these improvements
- how an organisation involves people who use the services for improvements.
The NHS has more information about what a Quality Account is.
