Walk, run or jog your way from London to Brighton.
Join 2,000 adventurers of all experience, levels and ages and take on a classic and beautiful capital to coast route, testing your grit over the Bank Holiday weekend.
You can walk, run or jog and have the option of three routes - 100km, 50km or 25km - so there's something to suit everyone.
Most importantly you'll be helping to ensure that no child has to face mental health problems alone.
