Do your own run
Take on your own running challenge, raise money and make a difference.
There are hundreds of organised running events across the UK, from 5ks to Ultra Marathons and everything in between. Whether you've already secured your own place in an organised event or want to create your own challenge, you can turn every mile into support for children's mental health.
Are you ready?

Here are some ideas:
Run 5k every day for a month
Run 100 laps of your local park
Run the distance from London to Brighton
Organise a charity parkrun with your friends
