Cycle for Mental Health
Cycle 100 miles and help ensure no child has to face mental health problems alone
With so much uncertainty in the world, children and young people need emotional support now more than ever. That’s why we’re asking you to join Cycle for Mental Health.
Whether you ride on a static bike, round your local area or further afield, choose your perfect place, saddle up, and know that you’re supporting children and young people’s mental health with every pedal.
You could tackle 100 miles over a few days or even take part as a team and take on the 100 miles together.
What’s more, this is a great way to look after your own wellbeing and stay active during these times.
