Mental health services in Wales
Since 2009, Place2Be has been empowering children and young people in Wales by providing vital mental health support services in schools.
Our work in Wales includes in-school mental health services, expert mental health training and the opportunity for trainee counsellors to work as Counsellors on Placements in Welsh schools.
We're proud to have provided mental health services in 2,024 schools across Wales since 2009. Our whole-school approach fosters a positive cultural environment that supports the mental and emotional wellbeing of every pupil. It helps schools in Wales create a supportive environment where positive and nurturing relationships are created across the whole school community.
