Our Senior Mental Health Leads training - Scotland programme will help you develop a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing in your school community.

About the course

We have designed our CPD-certified Senior Mental Health Leads (SMHL) programme to support you in developing a whole school approach to mental health.

Our 12-week programme will support you in identifying your school’s priorities and developing strategic approaches to address those needs. You'll develop your leadership skills with positive mental health and build a network, sharing best practices with peers from other schools.

To be successful in the programme, you'll want to prioritise this part of your role. You'll need to draw on other school community members to make promoting positive mental health part of the embedded culture of your setting.
