Making an application

Making an application

Step by step

  • You’ll need to apply for one of our jobs via our recruitment portal. This is so we can ensure your application is anonymized throughout the shortlisting process.
  • As part of your application, you’ll need to answer some questions that will support your application.
  • We will ask you to provide us with some diversity information about you. This information is not visible to the hiring managers, only the recruitment team who use it to monitor the effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
Working at Place2Be can be summed up in four words – innovative, inspiring, informed and inclusive. It’s a gift to work with so many compassionate and focused colleagues committed to improving the mental health of the whole community in the schools we support. Janine, Clinical Lead, Wales

We appreciate this process may not be accessible for everyone so if you need any adjustments or support to make your application, just drop us an email or a call and we will work out with you how we can achieve that.

  • We communicate via email relating to the progress of your application.
  • You’ll be asked to select a timeslot for an interview using our online portal.
  • Your interview may be in person or via teams.
  • Our interviews may involve presentations or tasks. We will advise you of these in advance and give you time to prepare.

We will always ask if any adjustments are needed to enable you to fully participate in the interview process and we commit to making our process accessible.
