As we’re also a training provider, you’ll have access to lots of free training that will ensure your commitment to continuing professional development is maintained, as well as being able to develop new clinical skills.
I have had an amazing experience working for Place2Be- starting as a counsellor on placement and now running my own project. The training has been fantastic and there are so many opportunities to grow and progress. Growing your skills
If you’re in a management or supervisory role we have a range of blended learning opportunities for you to develop or hone your ‘people related’ skills.
We also offer coaching and mentoring via both internal and external programmes.
We use our apprenticeship levy to support our people to pursue professional accredited qualifications.
