Run for Mental Health
Run for Mental Health
Will you go the extra mile to support children and young people’s mental health?
Challenge yourself by running 54 miles. Every £54 you raise could pay for a child to have a one-to-one session with a counsellor.
With so much uncertainty in the world, children and young people need emotional support now more than ever. Help us reach children before it’s too late.
What’s more, this is a great way to look after your own wellbeing and stay active.
