Coronavirus: wellbeing activity ideas for families

Coronavirus: wellbeing activity ideas for families

The past few months have been challenging, particularly for children and young people. With children now back at school, parents and carers may be looking for activities to try at home with their children after school or at the weekend.

We’ve pulled together a list of recommended resources for families from some of our trusted partner organisations.

Some of these ideas will help you start conversations with your child, keep them entertained and inspired, and encourage you to enjoy quality time together as a family. All of which are important for your wellbeing.

Please visit our Supporting your child’s mental health page for more advice and guidance for parents and carers on supporting children and young people’s mental health.
