Assistant School Project Manager roles

Assistant School Project Managers effectively manage all aspects of the Place2Be provision in partnership with the school, ensuring that the children and young people are provided with therapeutic and emotional support. Ensuring a high quality clinical practice and delivery of a full and effective service in Place2Be schools.

If you are a Qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Arts Psychotherapist, Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, with experience of working with children and young people, this is a role you should consider applying for.

This is our internal job title, for “Qualified Counsellors, Psychotherapists & Therapists”, who work in our schools.

Mental Health Practitioner/Counsellor roles

Mental Health Practitioners/Counsellors manage all aspects of the Place2Be provision in partnership with the school, ensuring that the children and young people are provided with therapeutic and emotional support.

They ensure high quality clinical practice and delivery of a full and effective service in Place2Be schools, including undertaking clinical assessments and formulations. They also undertake one to one or clinical/ group work with children and/or young people, as well as self-referral support sessions for parents, teachers, children and/or young people.

If you are a Qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Arts Psychotherapist, Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, with experience of working with children and young people, this is a role you should consider applying for.

We’re not currently recruiting for any Mental Health Practitioners/ Counsellors, but keep an eye on our website and social media to be one of the first to know when new roles become available

Mental Health Manager roles

As a key operational manager, you will lead and manage a team of school-based practitioners delivering mental health services in schools. You will have a key eye for service delivery; delivering on Place2Be’s mission, values and business priorities. This role works across a geographical area reporting directly to a Regional Director. 

If you are a Qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Arts Psychotherapist, Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, with experience of working with children and young people, this is a role you should consider applying for.

£40,000 per annum

Regional Clinical Lead

As a Regional Clinical Lead, you will ensure consistently high quality, safe, ethical and efficient clinical work is delivered across the Region. You will be accountable for clinical governance and ensure all services are clinically sounds, effective and legally compliant.

As a senior member of the clinical team at Place2Be you will work with the Clinical Director and other Regional Clinical Leads to help shape the organisation’s approach and range of mental health interventionsin schools.

 

 

Clinical Supervisor Roles

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will ensure consistently high quality, safe, ethical and efficient clinical work is delivered across the Region. You will be accountable for ongoing regular communication with the Area Manager for delivery of best in class service for both our partner schools and our workforce.

Each Place2Be Project is managed by an Area Manager with the support of a Clinical Supervisor who offers clinical supervision to clinical/mental health practitioners in that Area. The Clinical Supervisors are line managed and clinically supervised by the Regional Clinical Lead.
